## 로그인

1. **샵바이 파트너어드민 URL**
   1. <https://partner.shopby.co.kr/login>
2. **개인 아이디 / 비밀번호로 접속**
   1. 24년 7월 15일 이전 입점 파트너 : 사업자번호 / 비밀번호로 로그인
   2. 24년 7월 15일 이후 입점 파트너 : 개인 아이디 / 비밀번호로 로그인

* 신규 입점 파트너의 계정정보는, 입점 신청 시 직접 기재한 계정정보를 이용하시면 됩니다.

  * **초기 비밀번호 : partner!**

## 초기 비밀번호 변경

1. 메인화면우측 상단의 "사용자 이름(○○○ 님)"을 클릭 후 "비밀번호 변경"을 클릭합니다.

2. "현재 비밀번호"  에는 기존 비밀번호를 입력합니다.
3. "새 비밀번호" 에는 앞으로 사용할 비밀번호를 입력합니다.
4. "새 비밀번호 확인" 에 한 번 더 입력합니다.
5. "비밀번호 변경" 버튼을 클릭합니다.

* 계정 정보를 분실했거나 로그인에 어려움이 있을 경우 <30mall.assist@gmail.com> 으로 사업자번호를 기재하여 문의해 주세요.
* 2개 이상의 사업자번호로 입점이 되어 있는 경우, 계정이 통합되지 않으니 개별 로그인하여 업무처리를 해주셔야 합니다.

## 운영자 관리

* 파트너사의 메인 계정에, 부계정을 추가하는 개념입니다.
* 직원의 퇴사로 인해 로그인과 비밀번호 찾기가 불가한 경우가 빈번하니, 필수로 세팅해주시기 바랍니다.
* 회사 대표자의 명의로 생성하는것을 권고 드립니다.

1. 메인화면 우측 상단의 "전체메뉴 열기"를 클릭 후, "파트너어드민관리"탭에서 "운영자 관리"를 클릭합니다.

2. "운영자 등록"을 클릭합니다.

2. **계정 유형**
   1. 일반 / 마스터 중에 선택합니다.
      1. 별도의 권한 차이는 없으며 기본 "마스터"로 선택합니다.
3. **이름**
   1. 대표자 또는 직원의 실명을 기재합니다. (추후 휴대폰 본인인증 필요)
4. **이메일**
   1. 기재한 이메일 주소로 계정 생성 이메일이 발송되니, 정확하게 입력해 주세요.
5. **외부접속**
   1. 기본 "가능"으로 체크합니다.
   2. 파트너사 내부적으로, 외부 접속을 차단하길 희망할 경우 "불가능"으로 체크합니다.
      1. 이 경우, 사외에서는 파트너어드민 접속이 불가능합니다.
6. **계정 만료일**
   1. 기본 "사용 안함"으로 체크합니다.
      1. 파트너사 내부적으로, 계정 만료일이 필요할 경우(인턴, 임시직 등) 설정합니다.
         1. 이 경우, 만료일 이후에는 계정 이용이 불가능합니다.
7. **등록 사유**
   1. "예비 계정 생성"등 사유를 입력합니다.
8. **저장**
   1. 우측 하단 "저장"버튼을 클릭합니다.

9. 저장 후, 운영자 리스트에 "아이디"영역이 비워져있는 계정이 생성되면 정상입니다.
10. 이제, 4번에서 기재한 이메일에 접속하여 아이디를 생성해야 합니다.

11. shop by 에서 온 이메일을 클릭합니다.
    1. 이메일이 오지 않았을 경우, "스팸메일함" 을 확인하거나 기재한 이메일주소가 올바른지 재확인합니다.

12. 이메일 본문의 "운영자 계정등록"을 클릭합니다.

13. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 내용을 끝까지 읽고, 동의 체크 후 "다음"을 클릭합니다.

14. 사용할 아이디, 비밀번호를 기재합니다.
15. 하단 "휴대폰번호"에 "운영자명"에 기재한 명의와 동일한 휴대폰번호를 입력 후, "본인인증"을 클릭하여 인증합니다.
    1. 운영자명과 명의가 다른 휴대폰번호는 인증되지 않습니다.
16. 본인인증까지 완료 후, "다음"을 클릭합니다.

17. 계정 생성이 완료되었으며, "로그인"버튼을 클릭하면 로그인 가능합니다.
